The logic behind this system is as follow: By placing your bet on two dozens (2 groups of 12 numbers), you cover 24 numbers at once, which is more than 60% of the total numbers. The chances to loose your bet are between 35,13% and 36,84%, which is much lower than the loosing changes by placing a bet on a colomn or color bet. If the ball falls on a number in one of the two dozens, the player receives 3 credits for the 2 credits he placed on the two dozens.

For example: if you place $10 on the numbers 13-24 and another $10 on the numbers 25-36. Now you reach 60% of all the numbers and when you win, your profit is $10. The pay-out is not much (depending on your bet), but the chances for winning are very high.
