Cosmopolitan casino las vegas The Cosmopolitan Casino in Las Vegas has a new owner which created some question marks in the financial industry. The Deutsche Bank paid 4 billion dollar to take over the Cosmopolitan casino which is according to the CEO of the bank the only solution to save the casino.

The casino has 3000 hotelrooms, 1474 slot machines and 83 table games. There is a bar of 3 floors high and has a great atmosphere.

It's not the ambition of the Deutsche bank to start buying more casinos. The bank was just a financial partner of the Cosmopolitan designer Bruce Eichner. When the developer couldn't pay off his loans the Deutsche Bank had to find a new investor. Because they couldn't find a new investor the next solution was to take over the casino.

This action from the Deutsche bank was remarkable, considering the financial crisis in the world and the fact that banks need to look out with the money. But according to CEO Thomas Fiato, this was the best solution we could think of.

Experts believe that the casino will have to face difficult times. The casino is new and has to win new customers. Next to that the management of the bank doesn't have the right experience and feeling to run a casino.

The Cosmopolitan casino will open her doors at January the first with the band Coldplay and rapper Jay-Z.
